HiFive worked closely with the owners and Hilton to design a quality hotel at a great value. The Gen 9.0 Homewood Suites will be one of the first to incorporate the “Take Flight” lobby and lodge.
Opening in 2014, this “Green Hotel” will include an Energy Recovery System and LED lighting. HiFive designed the green initiatives to provide significant long-term operational energy savings with a short-term payback to maximize the owner’s ROI.
