About This Project

HiFive Development Services is proud to announce the design and construction of the Homewood Suites at Deerfield Crossings in Mason, Ohio. HiFive Design Group worked closely the Owners and Hilton to design this high quality hotel at a great value. The hotel has four stories, 91,400 square feet, with 115 spacious studio, one and two bedroom suites. The guest rooms have fully equipped kitchens and ample work space for the convenience of the extended stay guest. The Gen 9.0 Homewood Suites is one of the first to incorporate the “Take Flight” lobby and lodge. Guests also enjoy the meeting rooms, swimming pool, fitness center, Suite Shop, business center, and all the latest technologies.

This Homewood Suites is a “Green Hotel” with the installation of an Energy Recovery System and LED lighting. HiFive designed green initiatives that will provide significant long-term operational energy savings with a short-term payback to maximize the Return on Investment for the Owners.
