13 Feb HIX Liberty is Now Open
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites at Liberty Way is officially open for business!
This project has sped along with flying colors since we broke ground last February. It was completed in just under a year, 363 days to be exact, which was our fastest completed hotel to date! This 5-story building features 115 rooms and a premium location right next to i-75 and the Liberty Way mall.
The HIX Liberty is 70,510 sq. ft. and is built with ICF and concrete plank. On the exterior of the building, you’ll find EIFS bricks.
