25 Apr HiFive Breaks Ground at Easton Towne Center
Congratulations to Crestpoint Companies, Lingate and IHG. HiFive was proud to be a part of the groundbreaking cermonies for the brand new Holiday Inn Express & Suites at Easton Towne Center in Columbus, Ohio.
The hotel will be over 62,000 squre feet and will feature 4-stories, 100 guest rooms, including 21 suites and 1 VIP suite.
Energy efficiency and the use of “green” innovations were a major part of project planning in order to deliver an eco-friendly hotel. An energy wheel conserves heating and cooling energy, and an energy management system maximizes energy savings. The hotel’s energy recovery system is designed to save 17% annual energy costs. Additionally, the hotel utilizes low-e windows and fluorescent lighting. All told, this hotel will use 20-25% less energy than the typical hotel while improving overall guest comfort.ongratulations to Crestpoint Companies, Lingate and IHG.
