08 Aug Groundbreaking Event for 4Paws for Ability
HiFive Development Services, Inc. is proud to announce the commencement of a brand new, $2.7 million, 12,934 sq. ft., state-of-the-art facility in Xenia, Ohio. 4Paws for Ability is an organization that enriches the lives of children with disabilities by training and placing quality, task-trained service dogs to families in need. The organization is growing so quickly that they have outgrown their current facility. The 4 Paws leadership team contacted HiFive, in part, due to our great track record of working with non-profit organizations by using our design-build approach to the project. The design-build approach to architecture and construction helps optimize the project’s overall efficiency.
The project consists of renovating their existing training facility as well as attaching a large addition which will house their new kennels, veterinary rooms and office space. Construction is set to begin this Fall and should take about 10 to 12 months to complete. HiFive is the architect, construction contractor and interior designer for the project.
A groundbreaking ceremony is being held on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 12:30pm at the site of their facility. The community is invited to attend. To learn more about 4 Paws for Ability, please check out their website.
