HiFive begins work on a new “Green” hotel project in Washington Township
Trustees approved a zoning request Monday, July 12, for the construction of a Holiday Inn Express & Suites on Washington Village Drive, north of Lyons Road and Ohio 725.
Plans call for the $10 million, four-story hotel to be built using “green” technologies and be energy-efficient.
