08 Feb Dual-brand Marriott, Indianapolis, is Now Open!
This post is well overdue, but here’s a final aerial look at the dual-brand Marriott located in Indianapolis, IN! This project wrapped up late fall of 2020, and we’re currently awaiting finish photography (which we can’t wait for you to see!).
This dual-brand, consisting of a Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites, is one of the larger hotels we’ve built recently with 180 guest rooms. It stands at 5 stories tall and just under 140,000 square feet.
We’re grateful to everyone who was a part of this project – it turned out fantastic!
