08 Jan In the Works: Dual-Brand Hotel in Easton, OH
One of our largest hotel projects to-date, the dual-brand Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites is currently under construction. This premium site is located just down the street from the high-end shopping mall, Easton Town Center. Upon completion, this hotel will stand seven stories tall and house a combined total of 240 guest rooms across both hotel sections. The total square footage will be just over 177,000.
This site has required substantial amounts of earth work prior to beginning on the main structure. As you can see in the pictures below, a massive retaining wall was constructed in order to level out the tricky elevations. Now that the majority of the dirt work has been completed, the main structure is now underway!
