Homewood Suites – Milford, OH

About This Project

With 76 guest suites, 4 stories, and extended stay amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, exercise facilities, and a kitchen in every room, Homewood Suites has proven a success in Milford, Ohio.

The hotel was built on a challenging location – the site of another hotel destroyed by fire. Hotel builder HiFive met the challenge, providing design and construction services for the facility while meeting the design, schedule, and budget goals. Due to an extremely tight site, HiFive worked closely with Hilton Hotels on a hybrid of the prototype, permitting construction of all 76 suites on less than 1.5 acres. Two years after its construction, the facility was purchased by a major hospitality R.E.I.T., citing the quality of its design and construction.
