About This Project

The Wingate Inn is approximately 61,000sf with 90 guest rooms and the 400 seat Meridian Conference Center. The facility includes a number of high-end design features and deviations from the Wingate Inn standards, which HiFive was able to accommodate. For their design and construction work on the Wingate Inn project, hotel designers and builders HiFive earned a prestigious DBIA (Design Build Institute of America) award.

HiFive was able to find and procure the site, acquire zoning and brand approval, and deliver it to the investor. Now a Wingate by Wyndham, the franchise holds this post-modern hotel in very high regard and considers it one of the brand’s top locations.
