About This Project

Hotel contractor HiFive recently completed the design and construction for this project, which features 86 guest rooms and three floors, an indoor pool, spa, meeting rooms and a business center.

Energy efficiency, green building features, and sound control are key components of the project. An energy recovery system will help save on heating costs. Another green feature is an underground storm water retention system with an environmentally friendly water quality system to help manage water run-off.

One challenge on the project is noise from the nearby expressway and exit ramp. HiFive worked closely with the owner to develop a cost-effective solution that will ensure guest comfort. Guests are already calling the property “very quiet.”
