About This Project

HiFive designed and built the Holiday Inn Express in Deerfield Township, Ohio (near Cincinnati and Mason). With 4 floors, 106 guest rooms, and 24 suites, as well as Executive Suites and on-site meeting and dining areas, the hotel has already found success serving guests to the area.

HiFive found the property for the owner and assisted in negotiating its price. The building is an all-wood structure, and was a textbook example of an “on-budget and on-schedule” project.
