09 Apr In the Works: HIX Findlay
HiFive began construction on this particular Holiday Inn Express in June of 2017. Located in Findlay, OH, this 4-story hotel is just over 66,000 square feet and houses 110 guest rooms. This is one of our many projects that has been constructed with ICF (Insulating Concrete Form), a build type that is quickly becoming a favorite for many clients. The building will also feature EIFS and simulated stone.
The HIX Findlay is scheduled to open August 2018.
