06 Aug Centre Park Groundbreaking Ceremony
Construction has begun in West Chester for a tremendous new project. HiFive is proud to partner with Middletown Hotel Management to create an amazing new hotel, event center, chapel and restaurant.
A groundbreaking ceremony is planned for Wednesday, August 27th at 4 pm. Several political leaders have been invited to attend the event.
Centre Park is located at 5800 Muhlhauser Road and is expected to feature a 130-room Holiday Inn, a 650-guest, 37,000-square-foot event and banquet center, Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse restaurant and a lounge named the Blue Bar. The hotel will also feature an indoor pool and hot tub. The West Chester restaurant will be Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse first Ohio location, according to Middletown Hotel Management.
The building is envisioned as a “green” hotel that features LED lighting, a rooftop energy management system to control heating and air, and acoustical separation to minimize noise among other features.
Construction crews have been active on the site for several weeks to prepare the site for above-ground construction. The project is expected to open in fall 2015 and could create as many as 140 full- and part-time jobs.
