Phil's experience in construction management, site development and jobsite safety make him a key asset to HiFive. Phil has developed strong relationships with local business owners, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers which benefit HiFive customers on the construction site. His detail-oriented approach and emphasis on safety have resulted in project success.
Working with Mark and Brian, Phil has completed numerous commercial projects. Phil embodies HiFive's commitment to hiring individuals of integrity while having fun in our work.
Phil received a Bachelor of Science from Bridgewater State College. He served in the United States Army for ten years, attaining the rank of Major, US Army Corps of Engineers, in 1993. He also attended Xavier University where he served as a ROTC Instructor, receiving his Masters Degree in 1993. Phil holds a Construction #500 OSHA Certificate.
Phil's manages construction projects, as well as field operations, project accounting, safety and subcontractors involved with construction activities. Phil ís known for his enthusiasm, and is a pleasure to work with. He lives in Mason with his lovely wife, Debbie, and three children, Steven, Andrew and Erin.
